  1. In a large bowl, begin by stirring well and combining the cabbage, green pepper, onion, and sugar substitute.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the Italian dressing, dry mustard, and celery seeds. Bring to a boil and then remove from the heat.
  3. Tossing gently to coat, pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables.
