10 1/4 oz  Smucker's Sweet Orange Low Sugar Marmalade
0.3333 cup  Smucker's Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
2 oz  light Italian salad dressing
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat sour cream
0 1/2 tsp  curry powder

1 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  dried cranberries
1 lb  smoked skinless light turkey meat
1 each  medium apples
1 each  head Boston lettuce
  1. For Orange Peanut Dressing: COMBINE marmalade, peanut butter, salad dressing, sour cream and curry powder in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. For Turkey Salad: ADD carrots, cranberries, turkey and apples to Orange Peanut Dressing in mixing bowl; stir well to combine. At this point salad can be made ahead and held overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. To serve: FORM a lettuce cup using one or two lettuce leaves; place on salad plate. Fill with 1/2 cup turkey salad. Repeat to make 5 servings.
