3 cup  sliced carrots
0.3333 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 tbsp  cornstarch
2 tbsp  cold water
  1. Steam carrots on a steamer rack over a pot of boiling water. Strain and reserve.
  2. Whisk together orange juice, water, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small saucepan and let boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix the cornstarch and water and pour into the orange juice mixture. Let this simmer for 3 minutes. Spoon the orange glaze over carrots.
