1 1/2 lb  lean ground beef (10% fat)
3 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  fresh thyme
1 tbsp  white wine
2 tbsp  minced onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Mix together beef, mustard, thyme, wine, onion, and garlic. Combine well.
  2. Form mixture into equal sized patties. Grill or broil until preferred degree of doneness.
