3 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
1 1/2 cup  red grapes
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 tbsp  chopped scallions
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  orange juice
1 tsp  curry powder
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In large bowl, mix chicken, grapes, celery, scallions, and peppers.
  2. In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, orange juice, curry powder, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve.
