Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl of boiling water, dissolve the gelatin. Once mixed, stir in the cold water and chill the mixture in a refrigerator until it is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white.
  2. Fold the mayonnaise into the gelatin and then add the pineapple and the cottage cheese.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into a 6 cup mold coated with cooking spray.
  4. Chill the gelatin mixture until firm.
