1 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 cup  fresh shredded cabbage
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, American, pasteurized, processed, low fat, shredded
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, and salt in a medium bowl. Fold in the cabbage and the cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes.
