1 each  medium zucchini
1 each  medium cucumber
2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
16 oz  fresh cauliflower florets
2 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
4 each  small tomato
1 cup  fresh mushrooms
  1. In a large bowl, begin by combining the first 7 ingredients. Pour the vegetable marinade over and toss gently to coat.
  2. Cover and set to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms before serving.
