1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
15 oz  canned pinto beans
14 1/2 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
4 1/2 oz  green chile peppers, diced
2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  ground oregano
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.3333 cup  sour cream
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
  1. In 3-1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker combine chicken, beans, undrained tomatoes, onion, chile peppers, cumin, oregano, garlic, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Top each serving with sour cream and cilantro.
