8 each  chicken drumsticks, raw
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
2 each  yellow onion
2 each  medium lemons
1 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top. Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon rind.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon rind, oregano, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and paprika over the chicken mixture.
  4. Spray with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for another 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, set on a platter and add 1/4 teaspoon salt and the rest of the lemon juice to the vegetables.
