4 each  Eggs, large, raw
3 oz  Canadian bacon
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
3 tbsp  Relish, pickle, sweet
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
8 piece  Bread, wheat, slice
4 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover the eggs with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the Canadian bacon, celery, relish, mayonnaise, milk, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Peel the eggs and discard the yolk. Chop the egg whites and mix into the bacon.
  4. Separate the bread slices on 4 plates, place lettuce on the bread, put the egg salad on the lettuce, and top with another bread slice.
