Ingredients Directions - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Put the bread in a blender and process until the bread turns into crumbs.
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Take off of heat and mix in green onion, milk, margarine, mustard, seasoning, and cayenne.
- Mix in 3/4 cup crumbs, crab, and parsley to blend.
- Top with the bread crumbs, coat with cooking spray, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
