1 1/2 lb  Beef, top sirloin steak, raw
0 1/2 cup  port wine
2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  minced garlic
3 tbsp  fresh thyme
  1. Trim all visible fat from steak.
  2. In large, resealable plastic bag, combine wine, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, and thyme.
  3. Add steak, seal bag, gently rotate to coat well. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning bag from time to time.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Cover and let steak stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Discard marinade.
  6. Cover and cook 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Allow steak to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Cut across grain into thin slices and serve.
