2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  honey
2 tsp  chopped parsley
2 tsp  creole seasoning
1 tsp  olive oil
2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
12 oz  raw medium shrimp
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray an 11 x 7 inch oven safe dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the lemon juice, honey, parsley, Creole, oil, and soy sauce to dish, mix well.
  3. Add in shrimp and stir to coat well.
  4. Bake until the shrimp turns pink, about 8 minutes.
