0 1/4 cup  Bread Crumbs, Italian style
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp  grated romano cheese
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 lb  orange roughy fillet
0 1/4 cup  Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Coat a medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, romano cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Brush both sides of orange roughy fillets with butter, and cover in the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Arrange fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
