16 oz  sole fillet
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 oz  canned pimientos, sliced
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  white wine
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray an 11 x 7 inch oven safe dish with nonstick cooking spray and place sole fillets.
  3. Sprinkle all of the remaining ingredients, one at a time, over the fish, cover.
  4. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes. Serve with a slotted spatula.
