Ingredients Directions
  1. Omitting salt and fat, begin by cooking the Brussles sprouts according to the package directions. Drain well, and then transfer to a serving dish to keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, saute the onion in the margarine and then remove from the heat.
  3. Add the yogurt, pimiento, and Brussels sprouts to the skillet and stir well. Continue to cook over low hear, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.
