1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 lb  Pea Pods, Chinese snow, fresh, whole
1 1/2 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
8 oz  sliced water chestnuts
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  cornstarch
0 1/4 tsp  Broth, chicken, dehydrated
1 each  pepper, black, dash
1 tsp  sesame seeds
  1. Spray a wok with nonstick cooking spray, add oil and heat over medium high heat until very hot, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the peas, peppers, and water chestnuts, sautee until tender yet crisp, about 3 - 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate cup or small bowl, mix the water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, bouillon and pepper.
  4. Slowly add to wok, cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Stir constantly.
  5. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
