Ingredients Directions - Prepare grill for direct cooking. Spray a grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, mix the teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey.
- Add fish and let marinate for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the peaches with the cilantro, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Remove fish from marinade and place on rack.
- Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve topped with peach mixture.
