In large resealable bag, add maple syrup, apple juice, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, ginger, mustard, and five spice powder. Add salmon, seal bag and shake well to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
Place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan. Place broiler pan 5" from heat source. Broil 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
