0 1/2 cup  sugar
0 1/2 cup  packed brown sugar
0 1/4 cup  margarine
2 each  egg whites
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  Baking Chips, butterscotch morsels
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and margarine with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended, about 4 minutes. Keep mixing, and add in the egg whites and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the electric mixer on low, add flour to margarine mixture, and mix until just blended.
  4. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, spread batter evenly into pan, and sprinkle with butterscotch morsels.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 28 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack, slice into 16 equal bars.
