Ingredients Directions
  1. Lightly coat a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine the cauliflower, corn, celery soup, onion, milk, mustard and cayenne pepper. Transfer to prepared cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Sprinkle with almonds (optional).
