Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine sweet potatoes, 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Coat 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
- In separate bowl, combine flour and remaining brown sugar substitute. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Bake 35 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
