2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
1 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
20 oz  Sashimi, snapper, mixed species, fillet
1 each  fresh pineapple
2 tbsp  brown sugar
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the green onions, jalapeno chile, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, oil, thyme, allspice, and salt until well mixed. Add snapper and coat well, let sit 5 minutes.
  3. Rub pineapple slices with brown sugar.
  4. Place pineapple and snapper on heated grill over medium heat. Place half of the remaining marinade on snapper. Grill for 5 minutes, turn over spoon remaining marinade on snapper and grill until opaque and pineapple is golden, 5 to 7 minutes.
