12 oz  small potatoes
12 oz  small russet potato
1 1/2 tsp  Salt Substitute, no sodium
3 tbsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
24 oz  salmon fillet
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 3/4 tsp  sugar
  1. In a large pot, add enough water to cover all of the potatoes, add salt, and boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes.
  2. Place drained potatoes back in pot and mix with 1 tablespoon of dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, set aside and keep warm.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the rack of the broiler pan, place salmon on rack.
  5. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper over the salmon, place pan in broiler closest to the heat source. Broil until opaque, 8-10 minutes.
  6. While salmon is cooking, make sauce in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, remaining
  7. 2 tablespoons of dill, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  8. Serve salmon with potatoes and salmon.
