1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 lb  halibut fillets
0 1/4 cup  fat free sour cream
0 3/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/4 cup  Cucumber, with o skin, fresh, sliced
0 1/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
  1. Combine melted butter, 1 tablespoon of chives, ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. On preheated grill, cook halibut for five minutes each side, or until fish is opaque and barely flakes when tested with a knife.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest (optional), mustard, remaining chives, cucumber, bell pepper, and ¼ each salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Cut halibut steaks in half, top with butter mixture and serve with the cucumber-chive sauce.
