16 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 tsp  sea salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp  olive oil
  1. Arrange each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness using meat mallet or heavy skillet .
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  4. Gently place chicken in oil and cook 3 minutes per side, until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with fork.
