A tasty cookie made with oatmeal and nuts!

0 1/2 cup  seedless raisins 0.75
0 3/4 cup  cold water 0.6667
0.6667 cup  sugar 0.5
0 1/2 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute) 1.0
1 cup  margarine 0.5
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute 1.0
1 tsp  vanilla extract 2.0
2 cup  white all purpose flour 1.0
1 tsp  ground cinnamon 1.0
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder 0.5
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda 2.0
2 cup  Oats, rolled, baked value 0.5
0 1/2 cup  chopped hazelnuts

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix raisins and boiling water and let cool at room temperature then set aside.
3. Mix sugar substitute, and margarine together at medium speed until light and fluffy.
4. Add vanilla and egg substitute and mix at a low speed for 1 minute.
5. In a separate bowl mix cinnamon, flour, baking powder, and soda.
6. Add oats and nuts to flour mixture along with faisins and liquid that the raisins were soaked in.
7. Mix at a medium speed.
8. Spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray.
9. Use 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls to drop the dough onto the cookie sheet .
10. Push down lightly with fingers dipped in cold water to form circles.
11. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
