1 each  light unsalted stick margarine
2 tbsp  sugar
2 tsp  vanilla extract
0.3333 cup  Sweetener, saccharin based liquid
1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
3 tbsp  unsweetened cocoa powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp  seedless raisins
1 pinch  sweetener (sugar substitute)
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the sugar and margarine until they are fluffy and light. Add in vanilla and sugar to the margarine mixture. Beat for 30 seconds at medium speed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, and salt. Add to the margarine mixture and mix it together at a low speed for one minute.
  4. Add raisins and nuts to the dough and mix together lightly.
  5. Using a tablespoon of dough, shape the mixture into balls.
  6. Place the balls on the prepared sheet and baked until balls are slightly firm.
  7. Sprinkle the balls with remaining pinch of sweetener and let chill to room temperature and serve.
