2 cup  Flour, cake, white, enriched, unsifted
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 cup  sugar
3 tbsp  Buttermilk, dried
0 3/4 cup  cold water
0.3333 cup  vegetable oil
0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 1/4 cup  margarine
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix 3/4 cup water, oil, sweetener, vanilla, and egg substitute together with a fork.
  4. Mix the flour mixture, margarine, and the liquid mixture together.
  5. Grease a 9-inch square pan with margarine and spread the batter in it.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool to room temperature before serving.
