0 1/2 cup  margarine
0 1/4 cup  Syrup, corn, light
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tsp  vanilla extract
3 each  egg whites
2 cup  Flour, cake, white, enriched, unsifted
1 tbsp  low sodium baking powder
2 tbsp  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
0 1/2 cup  cold water
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat margarine, corn syrup, sweetener, vanilla, and egg whites together at a medium speed.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and dry milk together.
  4. Add the flour mixture and 1/2 cup water to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
  5. Grease a 9-inch square pan with margarine and spread the mixture in it. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool.
