1 cup  All-Bran cereal
0.3333 cup  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 3/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tsp  banana extract
1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  sugar
2 tbsp  powdered buttermilk
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 each  medium bananas
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the bran, oil, eggs, water, and flavorings together for 30 seconds and let stand for 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, dry buttermilk, baking soda, and sugar substitute together and set aside.
  4. After the bran mixture has sat for the designated time, slice the bananas into it and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir the flour mixture into the bran mixture.
  6. Grease a 9-inch-square cake pan with margarine and spread the batter in it.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool to room temperature.
