16 oz  catfish fillets
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium lemons
2 1/2 tbsp  ground paprika
4 tsp  ground oregano
1 tsp  Salt Substitute, no sodium
1 tsp  garlic powder
1 tsp  white pepper
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
  1. Preheat broiler. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. To make Cajun seasoning, combine paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, black, red, and white pepper in a zip - top plastic bag and shake well.
  3. Baste both sides of the catfish with lemon juice and rub with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Lay fish on prepared baking sheet and place under broiler. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until fish is flaky.
  5. Move to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges if using.
