1 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp  oat bran
0 1/2 cup  sugar
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  eggs
1 1/2 cup  fresh mashed banana
0 3/4 cup  Blueberries, frozen
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl mix the flour, oats, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, eggs, and banana with an electric mixer until combined.
  5. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold blueberries in gently, and spoon into loaf pan.
  7. Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 70-80 minutes.
  8. Remove pan and cool for 10 minutes, then remove bread from pan and serve warm.
