Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is the honey dip for the chicken.
- In a separate bowl mix the 1/4 cup mayonnaise with the Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Place bread crumbs, sesame seeds, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Place chicken in mayonnaise/mustard mixture, then in the bread crumbs, coat evenly.
- Place on foil lined cookie sheet and bake until brown and chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with honey dipping sauce.
