3 tbsp  chopped parsley
3 tbsp  fresh basil
1 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  grated lemon rind
2 tsp  light honey
20 oz  salmon fillet
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In small bowl, mix fresh herbs, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and lemon rind.
  3. Place salmon in shallow baking dish and drizzle marinade on top.
  4. Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Bake, uncovered until salmon turns opaque, about 15 minutes.
