0 1/2 cup  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0.125 tsp  dried marjoram
1 cup  fresh chopped spinach
2 each  eggs
4 each  egg whites
0 1/2 cup  crumbled feta cheese
1 each  roma tomatoes
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Spray a large skillet with the nonstick cooking spray. Saute the mushrooms, peppers, and marjoram approximately 6 minutes.
  2. Mix in the spinach and cook approximately 4 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the egg whites and the eggs. Pour the eggs over the spinach combination. Cook on low heat until the eggs are almost cooked, stir sporadically.
  4. Sprinkle the feta cheese and tomatoes and cover roughly 5 minutes. Fold in half and serve
