Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove excess fat from meat and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place pork and cherries in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker .
  3. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, onion, port, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, oregano, and garlic. Pour over meat mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  5. If using low-heat setting, turn to high-heat setting.
  6. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water. Stir into mixture in cooker. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Serve over hot cooked pasta (optional).
