Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the flour and a 1/2 cup of the milk, stir until smooth.
- In a medium pot, heat the flour mixture from step 1 with the remaining 1 1/4 cups of milk, mustard, pepper, and salt, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from the heat, add cheese, stirring until melted. Add in the sour cream, then place mixture into a large bowl.
- Add the ham and hash browns into the bowl with the cheese mixture and stir well.
- Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, and add mixture.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 35 minutes until golden brown.
