2 each  eggs
2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  salt
4 piece  Bread, whole grain, slice
0 1/4 cup  brown sugar
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt and lightly stir.
  3. Spray a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray, and pour in bread cubes.
  4. Pour milk mixture over bread cubes. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
