Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Rinse halibut steaks in cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place in shallow baking dish.
- Brush the steaks evenly with mustard.
- In small bowl, whisk lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and pepper. Pour over steaks.
- Cover and chill 1-2 hours.
- Drain marinade from baking dish and discard. Add chicken stock to baking dish. Top steaks with green onions and cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
