A simple and tasty dip for chips made with cream cheese, milk, and onions.

2 cup  low fat cream cheese 0.25
0 1/4 cup  lowfat milk 1.5
1 1/2 tsp  anchovy paste 3.0
3 tbsp  fresh chopped onion 1.0
1 pinch  garlic powder

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until creamy. Add more milk for a thinner dip.
2. Using a fork, stir the anchovy paste and onion into the mixture. Mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate this dip at least one hour before serving.
