1 cup  pancake mix
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
2 tbsp  semi sweet chocolate chips
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  ground flax seed
2 tsp  canola oil
  1. Place all ingredients except canola oil in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Place oil on an extra hot nonstick griddle.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture onto griddle and cook each pancake until brown on one side, then flip and brown other side. Each pancake should be four inches in diameter.
