0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 oz  reduced fat margarine (80%)
2 1/2 cup  sliced summer squash
1 cup  sliced zucchini
4 oz  Chicken, breast, diced, grilled
2 tbsp  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  chervil, dried
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a large skillet, saute the onion and celery in the margarine until tender.
  2. After stirring in the squash and remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and then continue to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Transfer the mix to a serving dish and serve hot.
