1 3/4 cup  reduced fat baking mix
0 1/2 cup  ground flax seed
0 3/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix Bisquick, flaxseed, and milk and blend into a soft dough. Place on a clean surface sprinkled with Bisquick and knead 12 times.
  3. Roll out dough 1/2-inch thick and use a 2 1/2-inch cutter or cup to cut 16 circles of dough.
  4. Place cut pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs if desired.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
