Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut washed potatoes in half and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, and top with pineapple. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove cover, use fork to check for softness, and continue baking until potatoes are fully cooked.
