0.3333 cup  lowfat milk
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  maple syrup
1 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 cup  Flour, pastry, whole wheat, stone ground
2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, egg, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Slowly stir the flour mixture into the milk mixture until moistened. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
