Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Using a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine chicken, cauliflower, garlic, chicken broth, tapioca, and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours or on high heat setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  4. If using low heat setting, turn to high heat setting. Add beans to mixture in cooker. Cover and cook for 30 minutes more. Turn off cooker.
  5. Stir cream cheese into mixture in cooker. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove cover and carefully stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Sprinkle each serving with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
