2 tsp  margarine
2 each  medium shallots
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 cup  fat free milk
10 oz  small scallops
0 1/2 lb  cooked crab
0 1/4 lb  cooked shrimp
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
4 cup  Pasta, shells, small, enriched, cooked
  1. Melt margarine in a medium nonstick saucepan.
  2. Add in the shallots, and cook about 2 minutes, stirring as needed.
  3. Mix in the flour, stir constantly for about 1 minute.
  4. Slowly add in the milk, stirring continuously until it gets thick and boils, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add in the scallops, crab, shrimp, dill, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  6. Cook; stir only as needed, until scallops are opaque, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over the hot pasta.
