Ingredients Directions - Trim excess fat from meat. Cut meat into 8 even pieces.
- In 3-1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, add meat, sweet pepper, and onion.
- In medium bowl, combine mushroom soup, salsa, flour, and dry mustard. Pour over mixture in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting for 9 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4-1/2 to 5 hours. Serve with brown rice or other whole grain, if desired.
